Enriching learners’ mental, emotional and spiritual well-being, Iloilo Scholastic Academy (ISA) facilitated a virtual recollection for the Grade 6 learners on September 27, 2021 from 9A.m. to 4:00p.m.
Sister Fidelis Estrada conducted the said activity with the learners together with their advisers through a zoom meeting with the theme “Do you know why you are so lucky?”.
The activity started with an opening prayer, followed by a short introduction of herself and her rich experiences as a teacher, principal and a speaker in several previous recollection activities.
Some values that every good child/learner should possess were discussed such as proper decision-making and having compassionate and wise mindset. Success and the journey towards it were also one of the concepts that were emphasized.
The activity was a good run of interaction and reflection having learners to share their thoughts and insights on the topics that were discussed. “What you believe in is what you can achieve”, said an ISAer when asked about her take-away from the activity. “Never ever give up in our road to success”, said another ISAer.
