Grade 2 Riona Ysobel Delegiro won Champion in the on-the-spot drawing contest organized by the Museo Iloilo held on 22 August this year at the Museo Iloilo premises. 

Riona working on her entry that would eventually win her the championship title and a P4000 cash prize.
