ISA grabs the grand trophy in the 80th Iloilo City Charter Day Float Competition. The strong contender Iloilo Science and Technology University placed second. The floats were judged in three main categories: 1. the float should depict the distinct elements that represent Iloilo City; 2. the presence of live cultural show on the float; 3. projection of aesthetic candor.
