ISA Elementary Math Teams Demonstrate Strength by Topping 5 Grade Levels out of 6 in MTAP Math Challenge 2019

Impressive achievements at the 2019 MTAP-Metrobank-DepED Math Challenge Team Finals held at Mabini Elementary School on February 7:

2nd Place – Grade 1 (Frank and Akie)

2nd Place – Grade 2 (Aleina and Danielle)

2nd Place – Grade 3 (Lexi and Matthew)

2nd Place – Grade 5 (Sasha and Stanley)

1st Place – Grade 6 (Iya and Shanna)

Grade 6 ISAers Iya and Shanna will represent Iloilo City to compete in the MTAP Regional Finals. This is the third time ISA Grade 6 Math Team carries the Iloilo City banner to the MTAP-MetroBank-DepEd Regional Team Finals Math Challenge. The first time ISA Math Team (which got perfect score in the Division Team Finals) joined the Regional Team Finals was in 2009, team members were Kevinn Friedrich Chan and Lawrence Frankie Locsin; and the second time was last year with Jacques Simon L. Timtiman and Sean Dominic D. Yap as team members.
