Wanting to ensure that students maintain the ideals that will lead to success despite the current challenges, Iloilo Scholastic Academy (ISA) held an online recollection for its Grade 8 learners via Zoom on September 23, 2021 with the theme: “The Greatest Goal: Loving God, Loving People”.
Pastor Normandy S. Notes from Ikthus NextGen Iloilo was invited to speak to the learners about the ways to love God and love people.
The program started at 8:30 a.m. with a prayer and a short introduction about the topic. Pastor Notes then went on to discuss his experiences as a believer, ways of loving God, loving people, and bible verses. There was also a sharing time at the beginning of every session. The said program then ended at 2:45 p.m.
“The recollection made me want to learn more about God by reading the bible. I was able to analyze my relationships with God and my loved ones”, said an ISAer.
