The Quanzhou Puppet Show, to be held at the WVSU Cultural Center, is presented by the Iloilo City Government and the Iloilo Festivals Foundation, Inc., hosted by Iloilo Scholastic Academy, sponsored by Mr. Vicente Tiu, ISA Founding President, as part of this year’s Chinese New Year celebration.
