Hon. Mayor Jerry P. Treñas presents a certificate of recognition to Dr. Karl Francis Y. Chan (ISA Batch 2010) for “Such victorious feat that truly brings pride and honor not only to the outstanding achiever but also to his family, his school and his city. His excellent performance is a manifestation of Iloilo City’s reputation as an intellectual powerhouse in the country.” Karl placed 9th in the 2019 Medical Licensure Examinination.
