Congratulations to ISAers Victoria Kim Que and Jia Anne Loreen Barlin on their appointments during Rotary Boys and Girls Week 2026!
Victoria will serve as Girl City Councilor, while Jia Anne took on the role of Girl City Agriculturist.
Through this meaningful experience, our ISAers will have the opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to public service, leadership, and civic responsibility.
We are proud to see our learners represent ISA and embrace opportunities to learn, lead, and serve their community.
Congratulations, Victoria and Jia! Keep making ISA proud!
Enjoy your time at the City Hall!
